How do I set up my banking information for telemedicine appointments?
See below for instructions on how to set up your banking information so you receive payment for telemedicine appointments:
- On the left side of the screen is a series of icons, select the “preferences” icon, this is the one that looks like a gear
- Once on the preferences page, there will be a series of tabs along the top, select the “general” tab
- Below the general tab are 3 more options: Overview, Practice Management System, and Payment. Select “Payment”.
- You will then be prompted to enter a password, this is the password you use to login to the hospital portal
- Once entered, click the “add bank account info” and follow the steps. It will ask for your bank account information along with personal information linked to the account
