How do I chat with the front desk?
To chat with your veterinary clinic's front desk, follow the following steps.
- At the top of the homepage of your GuardianVets App, you will see either “open now” or “closed”, if the clinic is open, click on these words
- A pop up will then show the hospitals information (address, hours, phone number, etc) and at the bottom show a text message icon and the “chat with us” option
- When you select to chat with us you will be taken to a different screen where you can view chat history or “start a new chat”
- You can then message directly with the front desk to set up an appointment, request a prescription refill, etc.!
